Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional charges apply)
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75
Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@shiftworkerlures.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility:
We stand behind our products! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used jigs or lures
Custom orders or clearance items
How to Return an Item:
Email info@shiftworkerlures.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We’ll provide instructions on where to send your return.
Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you received a damaged or defective item, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
