Our Roots

At Shift Worker Lures, we believe fishing should be thrilling — not frustrating. Founded by two die-hard fishermen, Lee Sidener and Chris Page, we set out to make gear that actually makes your time on the water better, whether you're a weekend warrior or a tournament pro.

After one too many hang-ups in brush piles, rocks, grass, and docks, we said enough's enough. We ditched the old weed guard and engineered a jig head with a built-in screw lock — letting your bait move naturally and freely without the usual snags and headaches. More casts, more bites, more fun.

And we’re just getting started. Shift Worker Lures is all about pushing the limits, rethinking old problems, and helping you land your next legendary catch. Get ready — your best fishing days are ahead.

Our Team

Chris Page

Chris is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for building businesses across a variety of industries. In 2013, he launched his first company, Pioneer General and Mechanical Contracting, which has since grown into a thriving operation, employing a talented team across the southeastern United States.

A lifelong fishing enthusiast, Chris loves casting a line wherever he can — from lakes and ponds to deep-sea adventures. His passion for the outdoors doesn’t stop there; he enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities and is driven to help fellow outdoorsmen elevate their experiences with top-quality jigs and gear.

Outside of work and the water, Chris cherishes time with his family. He married his wife, Shannon, in 2008, and together they have two children, Katherine and Cash.

Lee Sidener

Lee has spent decades mastering the art of fishing, with a special talent for jig fishing. In 2012, he was named Angler of the Year at Clarks Hill Lake, and in 2018, he landed an impressive second place finish out of eighty-two professional anglers at the Clarks Hill Bass Fishing League Tournament.

Fishing has always been Lee’s passion, and his mission is simple: to help anglers fish more confidently by creating jigs that glide through heavy cover without getting hung up.

Before turning his focus full-time to his love of fishing, Lee built a successful twenty-year career at a Power House. Outside of fishing, Lee enjoys life with his wife of thirty-four years, Tina, and their two children, Johnathan and Kayla.
